Well, the Angry Koala Gear crew is taking a break from the Phoenix Comicon. The con has it all from costumes, geeks, trekkies, stormtroopers, mandalorians, swag, and of course the comic artists. After we picked up our passes, the first booth we immediately see is the Image Comics '68 booth. We were prepared for this booth because in the back pages of the first issue of '68, they did state that there would be a great booth with a real full sized military jeep.

Of course, this jeep could not go without the Zombies, Eddie "Meatgrinder" Mann and "Napalm Charlie". The zombies are incredibly detailed.
Well I am sure you want to hear the details of what are being offered at the booth of course. There are some great Exclusive 11" x 17" '68 Limited Edition Prints signed by the creators Mark Kidwell, Nat Jones, and Jay Fotos. They also have a super limited Tyrannosaurus Rex Phoenix Comicon One Shot Exclusive Cover limited to only 50. 68' #1 was sold out at most comic stores, but you will be in luck to find the first and second printings available. They are also selling all three covers from both #1 and #2, including the retailer incentive covers. We had a chance to meet Mark Kidwell, Nat Jones, and Jay Fotos and they were great and excited about the show as we are.
The '68 Booth is incredible and we will be back shortly hopefully with more pictures and updates.
