Funko Pop! BAM! Exclusive DC Heroes Batman vs. Superman Patina Wonder Woman

Funko and BAM! Books a Million have just teamed up to bring an amazing exclusive with the Batman vs. Superman Patina Wonder Woman exclusive. When we learned of this exclusive, we had to jump on the offer and pick up a couple. 

If you have not ever ordered from BAM!, I can assure you they shipped quickly and very well. The Patina Wonder Woman Pop! figures came in double boxed with bubble wrap. To our surprise, they were shipped in the original exclusive box as well as an added bonus. 

The Patina Wonder Woman Pop! came in the regular Batman vs. Superman Wonder Woman packaging, but does include the BAM! exclusive sticker. 

The Patina finish definitely has a great look! We have included the pictures of the packaging with the figure. 

It was now time to release the Patina Wonder Woman! 

We are definitely very pleased with the finish that gives Wonder Woman that Bronze Statue feel. We did read many criticisms from people saying that the Patina finish is not a great look, but we have to say this is such a great look, especially for Wonder Woman. 

If you are a DC Comics or Wonder Woman fan, we highly recommend picking up this exclusive from BAM! It is sure to be that one piece you will regret not getting. 

 

Batman - The Telltale Games Series Unveiled

Leading developer and publisher of digital entertainment, Telltale Games, with Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and DC Entertainment, today unveiled the first look at BATMAN - The Telltale Series ahead of its worldwide debut this summer.

 The episodic game series will premiere digitally on home consoles, PC/Mac, and mobile devices, and will be shown to guests attending the annual E3 Gaming Expo this coming week in Los Angeles. The series will also be available on game consoles as a special 'Season Pass Disc' which will be available at retailers across North America, Latin America, and Europe later this summer, granting access to the five episode season as it becomes available for download.

"We've been hard at work at Telltale creating an all-new iteration of the iconic Batman story that puts players in the suit of billionaire Bruce Wayne, just as much as it will put them behind the mask, deciding how to carefully navigate a complex drama, rich with action, crime, corruption, and villainy lurking around every corner of Gotham City," said Kevin Bruner, Co-Founder and CEO of Telltale Games. "The complex life and fractured psyche of Bruce Wayne has lent itself to becoming a bold evolution of the signature 'Telltale' role-playing experience, and we couldn't be more excited as we prepare to debut the series to players across the world this summer."

Rendered to look like a living, breathing comic book, Telltale's vision of Batman will feature an award-winning cast of talent, including Troy Baker in the role of Bruce Wayne, Travis Willingham as Harvey Dent, Erin Yvette as Vicki Vale, Enn Reitel as Alfred Pennyworth, Murphy Guyer as Lieutenant James Gordon, Richard McGonagle as Carmine Falcone, and Laura Bailey as Selina Kyle. Additional cast and characters will be revealed as the season progresses.

DC Comics Rebirth Batman #1 Exclusive Michael Turner Variant from Aspen Comics

These new AspenStore.com exclusive DC Comics Rebirth covers continue an illustrious collaborative history between the two publishers, including 2004’s Superman: Godfall mini-series presented by Aspen, Michael Turner’s best-selling “Return of Supergirl” six-issue run within the pages of Superman/Batman, a run of covers on The Justice League of America and The Flash, an Eisner-nominated run of covers on DC’s critically-acclaimed Identity Crisis mini-series and many others.

The series of Aspen Comics exclusive covers begins with DC’s Batman #1 on June 15^th and is only available on www.AspenStore.com. Pre-orders for this special variant will begin on AspenStore on June 1^st, featuring a cover by late Aspen founder and legendary artist, Michael Turner with colors by The Dark Knight Returns: The Last Crusade superstar colorist Peter Steigerwald, limited to 3,000 copies, with a special black-and-white sketch cover edition limited to 1,500 copies.

Bat in the Sun's Batman vs. Darth Vader Super Power Beat Down on Machinima

We are huge fans of Bat in the Sun's Super Power Beat Down videos where they have created many epic battles between favorite characters. They have been able to mash many comic and movie characters together for incredible battles where the viewers can vote who may win. In their newest Super Power Beat Down, they have brought two of our favorite characters together with Batman vs. Darth Vader, which is can now be seen on MachinimaPrime on YouTube. 

Who do you think would win in this battle? We honestly love Batman in how intelligent and brilliant of a fighter he is. He has been able to outwit his enemies in many ways in his intelligence and incredible fighting styles, but Darth Vader would definitely bring a battle he has never faced. Batman has never dealt with the Force before. We would have to go with Darth Vader on this battle because of the Force, his Sith powers, and lightsaber, oh and because we are die hard Star Wars fans.
