Gentle Giant Ltd. has just announced an amazing new addition to their Collector's Gallery with Marvel's Deadpool Statue. The details look amazing and will definitely make a Deadpool fan very happy to add him to their collection. 

 The Deadpool Collector’s Gallery Statue has been digitally sculpted, and hand-painted by the amazing artisans of Gentle Giant Studios. This 1:8 scale statue of Deadpool features his signature swords, a plethora of projectile weapons, and some questionable ones as well.

The Gentle Giant Collector's Gallery Statue is now available for pre-order and will be released in the 1st Quarter of 2017. 

 

Gentle Giant Star Wars Darth Vader Collectors Gallery 9" Statue

Anakin Skywalker was a great Jedi Knight who fought for the Republic before the Dark Times. His descent into darkness was brought on by the evil Darth Sidious who would go on to convert Skywalker over to the Dark Side. When that happened, Darth Sidious crowned himself Emperor and named Skywalker “Darth Vader, Lord of the Sith”. Sculpted by Gentle Giant’s master artisans, this Darth Vader statue recreates the scene from Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back of Lord Vader bowing in devotion to his master, Emperor Palpatine. Each limited edition, hand-painted piece is cast in high quality polyresin with crisp details. This statue also comes individually numbered with a matching certificate of authenticity. This Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back Darth Vader Collectors Gallery statue will be the first figure in our new series of 1:8 scaled statues, celebrating the last 36 years of the Star Wars universe.

Gentle Giant is Heading to Star Wars Celebration Anaheim

Star Wars Celebration VII Anaheim is nearly here!! Two days to be exact, but who is counting. We are!! We have been counting the days ever since it was first announced that Star Wars Celebration would be coming to Anaheim and wondering what guests, artists, and exhibitors would be showing up. We knew we would be able to count on Gentle Giant to come to Star Wars Celebration, especially since they have been the best in creating Star Wars Mini Busts and our favorite Star Wars line from them, the Vintage Kenner Jumbo Figures. 

Gentle Giant Ltd. will be located at Booth #1122 and they are bringing a couple of exclusives along. 

After the destruction of the Death Star at the Battle of Yavin, General Pharl McQuarrie was personally selected to head up construction of a new Rebel base on the ice planet of Hoth and placed second in command of the facility upon its completion. Echo Base offered the alliance a much needed chance to rest, re-equip and re-group after the Yavin campaign.

The late Ralph McQuarrie helped bring the Star Wars Galaxy to life with his amazing art and it is only fitting to get his own mini bust. Gentle Giant has created an Empire Strikes Back General McQuarrie Mini Bust as he appeared in the film. This is definitely a great homage to Ralph McQuarrie.

Digitally scanned from mint 3 3/4" Kenner originals and reproduced in scale to the rest of the jumbo Kenner line. Nothing has been overlooked. Roto and injection molded and made of durable plastics, this fully-articulated jumbo figure includes a faithfully reproduced Skiff Guard Battle Staff. 

That's not all, this classic Kenner creation comes packaged on a 1984 Power of the Force inspired blister card, featuring original artwork and a replica 3" scale collector coin, in a re-sealable plastic outer shell to help protect and display.
