WHAT'S THE STORY BEHIND MADDIE & HER FRIENDS?
It’s the end of the world as we know it…or is it?
Meet Calamity (Pestilence), Raven (Famine), Clash (War) and Ghost (Death). They’re the Four Horsies of the ‘Pocalypse (or at least they would be if they could only get their acts together)! This next-generation of doombringers are on a mission to destroy the Earth, but to do so, they'll have to beat the likes of Queen Chroma and her rainbow-riding sprite army! Too bad they can’t crack teamwork to save their lives.
Led by their chaperone and elder, Maddie (whom the 'Horsies look up to like a god), this band of 'can't-do' attitude teens are desperate to show their parents they've got what it takes to inherit the legacy. Cake and ice cream for eternity? Not if these freaky fillies have anything to say about it!
Little Maddie and the Four Horsies of the 'Pocalyspe were created by Bigshot Toyworks and will be produced by Tenacious Toys. The Little Maddie Kickstarter has 30 hours to go and it has nearly met its goal of $37,000 to be able to bring Little Maddie to reality and production. Once the project has been backed, we hope to not only see Little Maddie come to life, but also the Four Horsies of the 'Pocalypse.
Angry Koala Gear's own Obscure has been pushing this project and he can not wait to get his hands on Little Maddie that he will have at our Angry Koala Gear booth at DCon 2014. It is the creativity of Designer Toys, which is something we truly love. It is an art form that has no boundaries that continues to grow as we see more artists create.
Please help make the Little Maddie Kickstarter to become a reality! There are still a few amazing customs still available by some of the greats in the industry. We are excited to see what other customs can come from Little Maddie and looking forward to seeing what Obscure may be able to create in a Little Maddie Custom!
