Kevin Smith's Bionic Man #1 is Off to Second Printing

Kevin Smith's Bionic Man #1 is out in comic stores today and hopefully you will be in luck to find it. The Six Million Dollar Man was a very popular television series in the 70's and Steve Austin was definitely a pop culture icon. Who did not like this incredible series? There have been many rumors of a return with a movie, and maybe we will soon get that opportunity. Kevin Smith is bringing back Bionic Man with a new comic series that just was released today. It is definitely a hit! This is a great year of returns of great television series or movies in the comic world.

The Bionic Man is based on the Universal Television Series "The Six Million Dollar Man."  The Bionic Man is based on the Universal Television Series "The Six Million Dollar Man." The Six Million Dollar Man is an American television series about a former astronaut with bionic prosthetics working for the OSI. It aired on the ABC network as a regular series from 1974 to 1978, following three television movies aired in 1973. The title role of Steve Austin was played by Lee Majors, who subsequently became a pop culture icon of the 1970s. A spin-off of the show was produced, The Bionic Woman, as well as several television movies featuring both characters.
