We are just returning from an incredible last few days from the San Diego Comic Con and we still want more! Another incredible year at the biggest show, filled with great fun. Boom! Studios definitely joined in that fun with their 6th Anniversary Party, which was opened to everyone who wanted to join and mingle. Boom! Studios has a few great series out right now, but our favorite is the Planet of the Apes series. There was an incredible SDCC exclusive cover to Planet of the Apes #4 (limited to only 500) in honor of the new film Rise of the Planet of the Apes, to be released August 5th.
The Planet of the Apes series is incredible! If you are a fan of the original films, you will want to pick up this series, which is a prequel to them all. Boom! Studios has been heavily at work with this great series and with the Rise of the Planet of the Apes digital comic series. If you were not able to attend SDCC and you are wanting to pick up the 4th issue of the series from Boom! Studios, it will be available this Wednesday, July 27th and it is still amazing.
