How many people remember watching the Thundercats in the 1980's. I grew up watching many great cartoons in the 80's that have had many reboots. Some people may feel that the originals should have never had the chance to see a new vision, while many others feel that the reboots actually have improved the cartoons. In July, Cartoon Network will be creating a remake to the Thundercats and I am looking forward to seeing it.
As a new cartoon arises, we also see new great merchandise soon after. Well, Thundercats fans should be very excited because we have seen more and more Thundercats statues and collectibles being released. Bandai will be releasing new actions figures for the Cartoon Network's Thundercats and we also will see Original Thundercats characters returning.
Sideshow Collectibles has also released Thundercats collectibles as well. The Lion-O Statue is from Pop Culture Shock and will be released in June.
On Thursday, April 14th, Sideshow Collectibles will be releasing Pop Culture Shocks second incredible statue from the Thundercats, Mumm-Ra. It looks great!! We will see more pics and get more information of Mumm-Ra this Tuesday, April 12th. AngryKoalaGear will post more information about Mumm-Ra when available.
