Angry Koala Gear's own Matt Perez aka Obscure has been creating some amazing pieces these last couple of years. He has made a few original pieces that he has sculpted and molded and he has used many different platforms from Kidrobot vinyl figures to various Designer Toy pieces. He has recently taken his creativity to another level to trying something original in using the Disney Animators Collection dolls to create his own Day of the Dead customs with the Disney Princesses.
His first shot at the Disney Animators Collection Day of the Dead Customs would be from the Snow White doll he began creating in early May.
Obscure began the process from scratch by changing her hair and painting her face.
He would continue the process by adding the lines to give his own originality on his take of the Dia de Los Muertos painting.
His final steps once completing his Snow White Day of Dead custom would be to finalize her face and hair and adding a beautiful bow. He did not want to add the original dress, but to give her a whole new look but with the traditional Snow White dress colors. Obscure has been great in sculpting and painting, but took his creativity to another level by redesigning the Disney Animator Snow White dress. This would be his first time in being a seamstress and it would definitely be amazing.
The Snow White Day of the Dead custom by Matt Perez aka Obscure has recently sold and he has already been asked to create even more.
