IT GIRL AND THE ATOMICS #1, the first issue of a new spin-off of Michael Allred's classic MADMAN series, has sold out and will receive a second printing. Written by Jamie S. Rich with art by Mike Norton and a cover by the Michael and Laura Allred, the debut issue has garnered positive reviews for its fun, all-ages take on superheroics.
In a holding pattern after Madman and the Atomics are off touring space, Luna Romy — better known as It Girl — shakes off her apathy and hits the street in search of criminals to thwart. Instead, she finds a lesson in giving people the benefit of the doubt and her way to mad scientist Dr. Flem's lab.
The second printing of IT GIRL AND THE ATOMICS #1 (JUL128006) can be pre-ordered now and will be in stores on September 12, the same day as IT GIRL AND THE ATOMICS #2.
