The new series from Boom! Studios, Steed and Mrs. Peel will be out in stores this Wednesday, January 18th. The series features characters from the famous British TV series, The Avengers. Fans of both The Avengers original television series and James Bond will definitely enjoy this series. We had a chance to read the first issue and Grant Morrison does it again with a great story and sets the audience up to want more. What mystery will Steed and Mrs. Peel uncover in the murders of Evelyn Glass, Admiral Fanshawe, and Doris Storm? And what is the significance of Rooks and Ravens? This is sure to be a great series for secret agent, mystery enthusiasts. We not only have enjoyed the story so far, but the art is terrific as well drawn by Ian Gibson.
Just a note to long time Comics/Avengers fan. This is a reprint of the Eclipse series from the very early 90s.
